Poland for beginners and advanced – pass it on” is an educational project aimed at supporting organizations and local government institutions that want to connect volunteers aged 60+ and refugees through conversations in Polish. Some of the refugees will stay in Poland longer and build their lives here – they work or look for a job, benefit from education, health care and culture. It is important to create conditions so that they can feel as good and safe as possible with us.
This process is facilitated by creating relationships with Poles in local communities – also through learning Polish.

The project supports the pilot implementation of good practices to improve the well-being and mental health of migrants and refugees who have been disproportionately affected by the pandemic and its effects.

The aim of the project is to develop a common understanding of the needs of modern digital integration of migrant women in Europe. As part of the project, we will create and pilot an online platform enabling the building of digital competences among women with migration experience.

Support for migrants in Mazovian Voivodeship.

Support for caseworkers and intercultural assistants who work with children, youth and adults affected by the war in Ukraine.

The PFM Foundation provides psychological and psychiatric support within the framework of the project, legal and legalization-related consultations for foreigners.

As part of the project, we are training school staff and psychologists to work with children with migration experience.

The aim of the project is to integrate and counteract the exclusion and discrimination of migrants living in three sub-Warsaw communes: Marki, Izabelin, Podkowa Leśna.

Supporting Polish migration and asylum management system with attention to the people with special needs who belong to vulnerable groups.

The project aims to provide perinatal support for pregnant women, in particular for mothers with migration experience, preventing violence against women and girls, and strengthening midwives’ competence in working with women who have experienced trauma or violence.
