We invite you to use the second edition of the PFM publication describing the WISE model – our proposed method for working with children in a culturally diverse group.
“WISE” in English means smart. However, this acronym was created from the Polish words:
W – współzależność (interdependence),
I – integracja (integration),
S – sukces (success),
E – edukacja (education), which describes what this model is about.
The model suggests how to work in a group of children combining different cultures, languages and traditions in a way that supports cooperation and community building. How, using the diverse competences of children, to teach them to cooperate and pool together their resources.
Finally, how to work effectively in a diverse group and achieve educational success.
