Once a month, experts from the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) visit us to answer questions and provide individual consultations for people with a migration background.
During the consultations, you can discuss topics such as:
- the Polish social insurance system;
- key information for new entrepreneurs and business owners;
- the 800+ child benefit;
- benefits and entitlements available to people who pay social insurance contributions;
- family benefits administered by ZUS;
- ZUS electronic services – what can be done online through the PUE ZUS platform without visiting an office;
- retirement and pension benefits;
- and other related matters.
You can also receive assistance with completing documents and application forms.
