Objectives
- Ensure access to healthcare-related, informational, and systemic support for people with migration experience and their families.
- Strengthen access for migrant women to reproductive, maternal, and perinatal healthcare services.
- Increase access to individual health support for families living in Warsaw and in collective accommodation centres across the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
- Improve access to specialised diagnostics and healthcare support for children.
- Reduce language, informational, and organisational barriers limiting access to the healthcare system in Poland.
Activities
- Provision of individual support by case workers for migrants and their families in accessing healthcare services, navigating the healthcare system, and arranging medical care.
- Regular presence of the support team in Warsaw and in collective accommodation centres across the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
- Support for pregnant women, mothers, and women requiring reproductive and perinatal healthcare, including referrals to specialists and assistance throughout the healthcare process.
- Financing ADOS-2 diagnostic assessments for children requiring comprehensive developmental evaluation.
- Provision of individual financial vouchers for families to cover health-related needs and access essential healthcare support.

- Increased access to healthcare services and specialised support for people with migration experience.
- Improved access of migrant women to reproductive and perinatal healthcare services.
- Reduced barriers preventing migrant families from accessing the healthcare system.
