The program aims to support Ukrainian refugees living in Poland who are in particularly difficult life circumstances.

Objectives
- Providing assistance to refugees at risk of poverty, homelessness, and social exclusion following the entry into force on March 5, 2026, of the Act of January 23, 2026, regarding the phasing out of measures stemming from the Act on Assistance to Citizens of Ukraine in Connection with the Armed Conflict in that Country.
- Assisting vulnerable groups by focusing on seniors, persons with disabilities, and individuals at risk of poverty, homelessness, and social exclusion.
- Providing temporary accommodation (especially for those at risk of homelessness) and assistance services.
- Offering formal and legal support by covering costs associated with obtaining necessary documentation and facilitating access to social and healthcare benefits.
Activities
- Individual support from case workers for migrants and families regarding access to social care, the organization of benefits, and access to housing.
- Support in the process of obtaining the right of residence in the Republic of Poland following the expiration of temporary protection.
- Assistance in finding housing or overnight accommodation.
- Covering costs associated with obtaining necessary documentation and accessing benefits.
- Providing temporary accommodation to beneficiaries facing difficult life circumstances and at risk of homelessness who cannot be accommodated in collective housing centers.
Results
- Increased access to specialized support and services for refugees from Ukraine.
- Prevention of homelessness by providing accommodation to individuals facing difficult life circumstances.
- Improved well-being of beneficiaries through access to individual financial and systemic support.
