    • psychological clinics are located at: Górczewska 137, Warsaw and Szpitalna 5/14, 00-031 Warsaw.

    Attention! On June 27th caseworker consultations will be closed.

      In urgent cases, you can come to our reception and receive immediate support. Reception is open from Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00.

    Scope of assistance offered by our caseworker team:

    • assistance in handling various matters, including health, education, administrative issues,
    • languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English, Belarusian, Dari, Pashto

    Operating hours:

    • from Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00.

    Transportation:

    • by metro: Księcia Janusza station (line M2, exit number 8).
    • by buses: 129, 167, 171, 184, 190, 197, 201, 249, 523.

    We also provide childcare:

    • the playroom provides care for children aged 3-7 years,
    • caregivers speak Ukrainian, Polish, and Russian,
    • children can be left for a maximum of 4 hours.

    We are accepting registrations for individual consultations in Warsaw and online with:

    • lawyers (working in languages: Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, English, Belarusian, French, with interpreters available if needed)
    • legalization advisor (working in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish)
    • career counselors (languages: English, French, and Polish)
    • business startup and tax advisor
    • psychologists, psychotherapists
    • midwife (languages: Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, French, English)

    Mandatory registration:

  • Mobile Team – delivering support outside of Warsaw

    • our mobile team delivers support to individuals outside Warsaw, within the Mazovian Voivodeship.
    • the team includes: 2 caseworkers, a psychologist, a midwife if needed

    • the team visits each location 2-4 times a month
  • Childcare

    Need to use our services but don’t have someone to leave your child with? The playroom is a space created for children with migration experience aged 3 to 7 years.

    • the maximum stay for a child in the playroom is 4 hours (due to the lack of a warm meal and the possibility to go outside during activities)

    The playroom at Górczewska 137 is operated by the Fundacja dla Wolności.

You can approach us directly, but parental or guardian consent may be required to receive support.

We try to adapt our services to the needs of our clients. If you have difficulties accessing our location, please contact us at +48 692 913 993 or by email at zapisy@forummigracyjne.org to discuss the possibility of receiving transport support or another solution that may be suitable for you.

Are services available for people with disabilities?

The facility at Górczewska Street is fully accessible for people with disabilities. Unfortunately, the facility at Szpitalna Street does not have such amenities. Please inform us of any special needs during registration, so we can adapt our services to your requirements as much as possible.
