Objectives of the project

The flagship activity of the project is the introduction and evaluation of original psychoeducational workshops inspired by the “Mind-Spring” method – a preventive group intervention aimed at psychoeducation and support of refugees.

Activities

Preventive psycho-educational workshops for refugee groups to equip them with effective self-help tools and build community around shared experiences and the topic of mental health.

Results

Implemented a series of psycho-educational workshops aimed at improving mental health, providing support and building community. To apply the working method in a new context and gather information to efficiently disseminate knowledge aimed at improving the mental health of migrants. To equip trainers, coaches, mental health experts with new tools for psychosocial work.
