Meetings for women Today, war is our common sadness and pain. The situation we find ourselves in requires enormous strength from us.
Many women, especially from Ukraine, now need psychological support. Very often we think that others are worse off and need help more. But everyone’s stress levels and responses are different. Therefore, it is very important to listen to yourself and reach out for support when we feel the need to do so.
We invite you to a meeting for women. They are for you if you feel:
loneliness (very often this is the case with unplanned emigration) longing for home and loved ones anxiety and insecurity related to the loss of security helplessness, helplessness or other emotions difficult to experience and recognize you need support, company and new acquaintances Registration: https: //forms.gle/UYphLbqXmEUxtkG psychological for women is a space of safety, acceptance and trust in which we can share our support and understanding.
Our group was created for women who face big challenges: adapting to new living conditions, looking for a job, emotional support for children. All of this requires a lot of strength and energy. Therefore, in our classes, we will learn to keep balance, not to be overcome by fear, be able to assess the situation in a healthy way and make well-balanced decisions. We will talk about stress, fatigue, irritation, anger, despair. We will explore our own resources, seek support and regain strength.
Classes will be conducted with the use of body stabilization exercises, art therapy techniques, metaphorical maps and Gestalt therapy techniques.
