Project description
Study visits and expert knowledge exchange.
Project goals
The aim of the project is to exchange competence and knowledge of partners. We want to better understand how the system of psychological assistance to migrants works, and how to improve it.
Activities
The project consists of a series of study visits and meetings for psychologists and social workers working with migrant youth.
A group of international partners (Turkey, Greece, Italy, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany and Poland) are looking at methods of psychological work and looking for good practices.
The project provides for four study visits, which will certainly rebuild and reformat the pandemic situation. Nevertheless, we assumed the following visits (and main topics):
1. Turkey - Psychological support as part of systemic work with migrants.
2. Greece - Working with young people affected by trauma and war.
3. Germany - Short-term psychological interventions
4. Poland - Mental health and integration of young migrants.
