Terms of Services in the frames of project "Support for the integration of foreigners in Mazovia"

Regulations for the provision of services under the project "Support for the integration of foreigners in Mazovia"

1. All services provided under the project are free.

2. Individual consultations, informational meetings, childbirth schools and support groups are available to foreigners legally staying in Poland, who are not citizens of the European Union or the European Economic Area. 

3. The consultations are available to foreigners staying in Poland on the basis of: 

4. A condition for using information/support under the project is registration and completing a declaration of joining the project. It is necessary to provide PFM with name, surname, citizenship, date of birth as well as the identification number of the document on the basis which the individual is staying in Poland. Without this information, the individual cannot benefit from the assistance offered.  

5. Registration for consultations and other forms of support are conducted by telephone, e-mail, website or directly at the PFM office:

6. Consultations take place at the Polish Migration Forum Foundation Office or:

7. After a consultation, the client may be asked to fill out an anonymous evaluation survey.

8. Consultations are held in Polish, Russian and English. It is possible to receive interpretation in another language - it is necessary to notify such a need in advance. 

PFM may refuse to provide a service if:

1. The client is more than 15 minutes late to the consultation. 

2. The client does not come to arranged consultations more than 3 times. 

We do not help:

1. Clients who are under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

2. Persons threatening the safety of staff or other persons benefiting from the Foundation's assistance.

3, When the expected advice may lead to breaking the law. 

4. In matters relating to third parties.

By using our services, the client is committed to:

1. Arriving to the consultation on time.
2. Cancelling the meeting by phone (tel. 692-993-913) if the client can no longer attend. There is a wait for consultations - if the client cancels a visit, someone else will be able to take that place. If the client does not cancel - the consultant's time is wasted and another person is still left waiting. 

3. No bringing gifts. To show satisfaction or gratitude for the help received, the client may make a donation to the Foundation, write a comment on Facebook or Google or simply recommend us to friends. 

4. Preparing the necessary documents so we can provide professional support: documentation of the client's legal stay in Poland as well as all the documents related to the matter we are to assist with.
