Intercultural Academy of Women’s Initiatives
It is a project aimed at migrant women from countries such as Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon Chechnya, who want to run their own business in Poland.
As part of the project, we plan workshops and trainings, specialized Polish language lessons, individual sessions, business plan creation, networking meetings and joint outings.
The project runs from September 2023 to March 2024.
If you are a person who wants to run your business in Poland, already have an idea, or are just looking for one and feel you need professional support, feel free to apply.
The project is open both for women who have work experience and those who have never worked.
Recruitment to the project is in two stages:
First, please fill out the application form (note – only until August 20): https://forms.gle/otEL1sAqGVHpWFsh6 .
In the second stage, we will invite selected people for an individual interview.
The Academy will start in the first half of September.
By participating in the Academy you will receive:
- Professional training on setting up and running a business in Poland
- Workshops that will allow you to refine your business idea
- Support in creating a business plan
- Practical tips on how to attract customers, promote yourself and your activities
- Individual consultations
- New contacts, acquaintances, professional relationships
- Lessons in specialized Polish language

The working language of the program will be adapted to the needs of the group. If needed the translation will be provided.
We will sign an agreement with those who are qualified to participate in the project. Qualification for participation in the project involves a commitment to participate in at least 80% of the planned activities.
