How to be a parent and not go crazy? II
How to be a parent and not go crazy? II
Free classes with a psychologist for parents and carers of children.

How to be parents and not go crazy? Free classes with a psychologist for parents and carers of children. Is parenthood easy? Do we immediately know how to be a parent? Sometimes we think it's simple. We have a lot of tips and advice on how to "properly" raise a child. But is there a universal parenting recipe that is sure to bring long-term results? What should we do when we try to be perfect parents, but the child screams, does not want to cooperate, and our word means nothing to him?
Fatigue, helplessness, fear and anger are emotions familiar to those who have a child. What to do with this? How to talk so that children listen and how to listen to what children say to us? How to take care of children, but also remember about yourself?
The answers to these questions will be found in the course for parents, which will start on September 8.
We invite you to join us on a journey during which we will look for solutions to difficult and important problems together.

The answers to these questions can be found on the course for parents, which will start on November 24 at the Community center/Centrum Pomocy Plicz-o-plych (Warsaw, ul. Chmielna 85/87 (1p.)
The course consists of 10 meetings, each devoted to a separate topic. We recommend that you attend all classes. Classes are free and held in Russian.

Language creates our reality. It is important how we express our thoughts, feelings and desires. Words can build bridges and break them. We live in a dynamic world where everything happens quickly and intensely: high expectations and demands, news, advertisements, short videos on social networks. How does this affect us and the baby? How much time can a child spend in front of a screen? What happens to our body when it is overstimulated and why is it so important to calm down and walk in the woods?
