We are at ul. Chmielna 85/87 until 24 March – then come see us at our new place!
We help everyone, regardless of their country of origin, gender, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, religion, belief, disability, age or sexual orientation. We offer support in various languages: Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Belarusian, English, French, Chechen, Dari and Persian. If you need help in another language, please let us know. We will help!

- psychological support
individual, professional support for adults, adolescents and children in appropriate settings

- general counselling
identification of individual needs, answering questions, referral to external partners if necessary (e.g. power of attorney, long-term psychotherapy)
- consultation on legalisation of residence - this will be handled by the Our Choice Foundation / Ukrainian House in Warsaw
The "Our Choice" Foundation will run a consultation point, providing information primarily on the legalisation of residence for people who have come from Ukraine due to the war. The consultants will, if necessary, provide support in filling in the documents or communicating (by phone) with the institution providing assistance in the needed scope.
- case worker assistance
Clients with more complex needs will be referred to services provided by social workers who specialise in supporting clients with disabilities, victims of violence, representatives of different minorities. If necessary, social workers will accompany clients to access public education, the health system, disability recognition certificates.
- Day care centre for children - run by the Foundation For Freedom
A place and an animation and educational programme designed for children aged 3-7, 7-9, whose parents/guardians have counselling, consultations, meetings at the Centre or run other errands outside the building while leaving their children in the care of staff. The maximum time a child can stay in the care of our educators is 4 hours.
*Starting on April 3, our specialists will offer consultations in Warsaw at Górczewska 137. We are open - Monday through Friday, 9 to 18!
