If you suffer from:
- strong anxiety,
- flooding,
- strong feelings of anxiety, anger, sadness and others,
- constant, heightened alertness,
- difficult to stop, negative thoughts,
- recurring images of past experiences,
- sleep disorders,
we suggest you participate in yoga workshops for women after experiencing trauma.
Before you start filling in the form, please read the dates of the classes.
The cycle consists of 10 meetings, taking place on Thursdays from 9.00-10.30 (1.5 hours) on the following dates:

- 9.06
Sending the application qualifies for classes. Before the first meeting, you will receive an e-mail with a link. C
lasses will be translated into Polish – Ukrainian
