THE POLISH MIGRATION FORUM INVITES YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN TRAINING FOR TEACHERS, OFFICERS, NGO EMPLOYEES AND SOCIAL EMPLOYEES. 

Aims of the workshop:

  – developing the ability to establish and build positive intercultural relations, the ability to deal with ambiguous situations, improving the ability to deal with misunderstandings and difficult situations in various contexts; 

 – deepening awareness of cultural differences and being sensitive to diversity cultural.

The workshops will be conducted on the Zoom platform, with the use of digital tools supporting the interactive nature of the meeting.

Based on the experiences of participants, as well as discussions, simulations, group work, we will deal with the topic of intercultural differences and teach the selection of the key to understand them, we will develop the ability to work with culturally diverse groups and perceive diversity as a potential and an open attitude towards other cultures.

Leaders: 

Anna Huminiak – Trainer and author of educational projects in the field of intercultural education and supporting diversity. Trainer of the European Solidarity Corps, Polish Aid, JEV, Among Others programs – intercultural training for pedagogical studies. He works in Poland and abroad with young people, school staff, people working in non-governmental organizations, offices and universities. He specializes in intercultural education, soft skills, global and anti-discrimination education. A graduate of the Faculty of Historical and Pedagogical Sciences at the University of Wrocław, the STOP Coaching School, Theater Pedagogy at the University of Warsaw and IT, as well as training courses. Co-author of the online training concept for the Foundation for the Development of the Education System, Krzyżowa Foundation, Polish-German Youth Cooperation. She has conducted over 10,000 hours of training, including over 500 hours of online training.

Anna Kudarewska – trainer of intercultural and anti-discrimination education with active methods, graduate of postgraduate studies in global development management at the Open University in Great Britain and the Academy of Anti-discrimination Training, she worked for many international development organizations (Handicap International, VVAF, UNDP, ICBL), specializes in people with disabilities and in countries emerging from long-term armed conflicts out of poverty. Program director of the Krzyżowa Foundation for Mutual Understanding in Europe and manager of the International Youth Meeting Center. He participates in the works of the working group for the monitoring of Polish aid. Since 2008, she has been implementing projects as a coordinator and volunteer of the Polish Aid Volunteering Program of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has experience in long-term stays in Angola, Niger, Israel and in international cooperation at the educational and institutional level.
