Intensive two-week class with an excellent psychologist for 12-14 year olds, taught in English.

16-25 August,

11:30-14:30

During the classes we plan to use art therapy methods with the help of which we will visualize our superpowers, create dream maps and design good experiences for the coming school year.
We will also find time to face our fears and tame them by working with clay.
We will develop our own rituals that will help us be here and now and take care of our well-being. We will practice mindfulness and develop body awareness.
If the mood takes us, we’ll dance, sing, and build, or we’ll invite the happiest dog around-golden retriever Aksel to play.
If you are wondering if this group is for you, what you can gain from it, or have other questions, we invite you to an interview that will help you decide.
