From September we start a psychological support group for women conducted in Ukrainian. Meetings will take place on Wednesdays and are intended for people who need support and who feel:
loneliness (this is very often the case with unplanned emigration), longing for home and loved ones, fear and uncertainty related to the loss of security, helplessness, helplessness or other difficult emotions. support. We will learn to maintain emotional balance and reduce the level of anxiety. We will talk about stress, fatigue, irritation, anger and despair. You will also learn body stabilization exercises, art therapy techniques, metaphorical maps and the Gestalt therapy technique.
Time: Wednesdays from 12:00 to 14:00
From September 6 to December 16.
