PREPARATION FOR BIRTH IN POLAND – WORKSHOPS FOR MOM-to-be into Russian;– we invite mums who are 3 months pregnant. During the childbirth class, you will learn how to care for a woman in labor in a Polish hospital, as well as what are your and your family’s rights. The thematic scope of the childbirth school includes: – preparation for childbirth, choice of hospital; – packing a bag for the hospital, preparing a layette for the baby; – stages and course of childbirth; – breastfeeding; – after returning home – vaccination calendar, first walk , first bath – how to support a woman in childbirth? In addition, we provide information on the legalization of the child’s stay in Poland. We also provide psychological support.
