New beginning – workshops for women who would like to restart their professional
career in Poland
Finding a job in a new country might be a huge challenge. Continuing your previous
career might not be possible. It might not be clear what possibilities the new country
gives. The new situation might be an opportunity to try something new, start from
the beginning but you also might feel lost in the process, not knowing the reality. You
might have lost self-confidence or lack motivation.
If you find yourself in the above sentences this workshop is for you.

Meet other women in the similar situation, share experience, get support,
start building your network
The workshop will be based on GROW model. We will work on the following topics:
G – What is your goal? Finding a job, changing career path? Developing new skills? What
vision of the future do you have?
R – What is the reality? Where are you on the way to find a job? Which moment of your life
are you in? What are the barriers, obstacles? What are your talents, experiences, strengths,
skills, passions? What mindset do you have? Does it support you or limit you?
O – What opportunities do you have? What options might you chose? What have you
already tried?
W – Which way will you go? What will be the first step you will make? You will prepare an
action plan and define steps to take
When: Saturday, May 20 from 10.00 to 15.00
