As part of the weekly meetings for mothers, we invite you to an interview with a lactation consultant.
The meeting will be chaired by Magda Bobczuk
– I am a Midwife and Certified Lactation Advisor. My daily job is to take care of women and their newborn children. I teach newborns to care for newborns and breastfeeding. I am trying to strengthen them in their maternal competences. I am also a lecturer at the Birth School. I am happy to help you prepare for parenthood to make it a rewarding and empowering experience. I am interested in the aspects of building a wise and deep relationship between a parent and a child. I also consult patients with lactation problems in their homes. Many parents still need support in the later days after giving birth. As a trainer of medical personnel in the aspect of lactation, I am still exploring the current knowledge in this topic. Privately, I am a mother of two fantastic daughters. I devote my free time to my family, develop a passion for gardening and read literature, especially on psychological topics.
Activities for pregnant women, young mothers and children with the experience of refugee and migration are carried out by the Polish Migration Forum Foundation with the support of @CARE International.
