The key in the Kids’ Skills method is to focus, together with the child and his caregivers, on the skills it needs to learn to cope with the difficulties he experiences, and not on the difficulties themselves. The Kids’ Skills method is successfully used by all people whose work is related to children’s development: psychologists, educators, teachers, physiotherapists, trainers, and instructors. Therefore, it will be very useful in the work of intercultural assistants who support students with migration experience on a daily basis.

The training will be conducted by Marta Piegat-Kaczmarczyk, trainer of the PFM Foundation, certified ambassador of the Kids’ Skills method, intercultural psychologist and TSR therapist.
The training will last a total of 32 teaching hours and consists of three full workshop days: October 5, 19 and 27. The condition for obtaining a certificate is participation in all three days of training. The training will take place in Warsaw.
