The upcoming conference will present key lessons learned from a comprehensive project aimed at boosting digital skills among migrant women. Drawing from training of trainers and training of migrant women sessions, the event will explore both successes and challenges encountered throughout the process. Attendees will gain insights into the effectiveness of the e-learning platform, including its functionality and usability. The conference will address practical feedback, offering valuable guidance on refining digital training tools and resources.
The conference will focus on best practices for designing and delivering training programs. By examining real-world experiences and feedback from both trainers and participants. During the event we will highlight strategies for creating engaging and accessible learning environments. The focus will be on practical applications of digital skills, including job searching and online safety, tailored to meet the diverse needs of migrant women.
