Every day, parents who speak languages different than those spoken in the shop, school, kindergarten can give their children a great gift – knowledge of many languages. Sometimes, however, children can get lost “between languages” and despite the efforts of parents, they can not, do not want to speak in their parents’ native language. Sometimes it happens that children experience difficulties at kindergartens or schools where they do not speak the same language as at home.
With the support of a multilingualism specialist, parents can plan the language stimulation strategy they want to adopt in their family. They will learn effective methods to support the development of language competences, depending on the child’s age.
Consultations will be conducted by an intercultural psychologist specializing in working with multilingual children. With her help you will learn how to play and work with a child to give him super power – an ability to communicate in many languages.
We also invite teachers who want to support their multilingual students in the development of language competences in Polish.
Consultations are free for residents of Warsaw and teachers working in Warsaw schools.
