Are you a foreign worker in Poland facing challenges at work? Have you experienced discrimination, barriers to inclusion, or felt like your voice isn’t heard? Now is your chance to speak up—and make a difference.
The biggest Polish trade union confederation, OPZZ, is conducting focus groups as part of the EU-funded FairForward project to understand better the needs and experiences of vulnerable workers, including migrants and refugees. These confidential, in-person discussions will gather firsthand insights to inform national and EU policy recommendations for more inclusive, fair workplaces.
