Baby’s dream: tips for a young mother. Meeting with an expert.

How long should my baby sleep? What to do when a child keeps parents awake at night? Can he sleep with mum and dad, or in his own bed right away? These are the questions that probably all mothers ask themselves.
We will also talk at the meeting:
– how to properly and safely arrange the baby’s sleeping place;
– about the rhythms of babies’ sleep and activity;
– how to create your own baby sleep ritual;
– about the pros and cons of sleeping together;
– about a dream from the point of view of the theory of relations.
The meeting will be conducted by Anastazja Padlikowska, intercultural psychologist, certified sleep consultant, privately mother of two children

Place: Community center / Plicz-o-plicz Help Center
ul. Chmielna 85/87 Warsaw
Time: 2 p.m., Tuesday 27/09/2022
The meeting will be conducted in Ukrainian or Russian, depending on the needs of the group.
