The listener will learn how the anti-crisis shield protects foreigners working in the territory of the Republic of Poland, what solutions have / will apply to them, what help they can count on (co-financing, parking benefits) and what restrictions may affect foreigners both on the part of the employer and state administration bodies (economic downtime, reduction of working time and remuneration, impact of the current situation on court cases, suspension of material law periods, etc.). In addition, the issue of protection against violations of foreigners’ rights and abuse of instruments provided for by the legislator will be raised.
We will thoroughly discuss the issues regarding legalization of stay and work during the epidemic status (initiating proceedings during the epidemic status, its continuation, termination and possible return to the country of origin).
