ABOUT THE TRAINERS:
Zuzanna Rejmer – intercultural psychologist, psychotherapist under certification, trainer and consultant in the field of social skills and intercultural competences. From 2004. works with culturally diverse people, including young immigrants and refugees, since 2008 associated with the Polish Migration Forum Foundation. On a daily basis, he conducts training and consultations and implements projects supporting the integration of foreign students in Polish schools. Supports multilingual families in using the potential of native languages. He conducts workshops and individual consultations for parents, children and adults. It supports Poles living abroad in coping with the challenges of living between cultures and languages. He trains people working with foreigners (including career advisers, teachers, psychologists). Supervises the work of intercultural assistants working in schools. Author and co-author of publications aimed at the development of intercultural competences of education workers, including of the guide “The Other in Polish School. A handbook for teachers working with foreign students “or a handbook” Multicultural approach in career counseling. “
Ewa Pawlic-Rafałowska – a graduate of Polish philology at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Polish Studies – Institute of Applied Polish Studies at the University of Warsaw – Teaching Polish as a Foreign Language and the Education Management qualification course. She participated in the implementation of many educational projects, including international ones. Co-organizer of international conferences devoted to the education of students with migration experience. From 2019, a teacher consultant for Polish language education at the Mazowieckie Self-Government Teacher Training Center in Warsaw, certified teacher, educator, OKE examiner in Warsaw. He also conducts classes at the Postgraduate Studies in Glottodidactics at the Institute of Literary Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Author of trainings for teachers and principals in the field of, among others: assessment, implementation of the new core curriculum, inclusive education, training of key competences in primary and secondary schools, work with students with migration experience in subject lessons. Reviewer of Polish language competition sheets in the Curatorial Polish Studies Competition for primary and middle school students, reviewer of Polish language programs. Author of a number of book publications and didactic and methodological materials for teachers.
