We have been hearing disturbing information about people impersonating employees of the Polish Migration Forum Foundation in order to obtain personal data or residence information from migrants.

People not connected with PFM create accounts similar to the Foundation’s email and send messages asking for data, sometimes promising services or funds in return. There are also cases of home visits by people claiming to be employees of the Polish Migration Forum Foundation.Their aim to obtain the addresses of people with migration experience.

Be careful and alert to such situations. PFM does not visit anyone’s homes, we do not work on the street, and we do not currently conduct any research, analysis or data collection.

We ask for personal information when making appointments for consultations (legal, psychological, advice of various kinds). The authenticity of such requests can always be made by calling us  at + 48 692 913 993.

Our services are always free of charge.

We report all cases of impersonation of our staff to the police.
