Attention: Recruitment to Warsaw kindergartens, preparatory classes and primary school first classes for the school year 2025-2026 starts already on 4 March at 1 p.m.!

Recruitment is conducted through the electronic recruitment system available at:
rekrutacja-warszawa.pzo.edu.pl

From 4 March, from 1 p.m. until 20 March, until 8 p.m., parents can fill in and save the application form for their child’s admission to the selected facility.

From 4 March, from 1 p.m. to 21 March, until 4 p.m., parents submit to the kindergarten/school of first choice an application for their child’s admission. They attach to the application documents which confirm the fulfilment of criteria to be taken into account in the recruitment procedure.

On 29 April, from 1.00 pm, lists of qualified and non-qualified children will be published.

Recruitment rules:

You can apply for admission of your child to an unlimited number of pre-school establishments.
In your application for admission, indicate the kindergartens or schools of your choice (admission groups). Place them in your preferred order. The establishment indicated first is the kindergarten or school of first choice.
Attach documents and statements to your application for admission that confirm that you meet the criteria. Include a clause in each statement: ‘I am aware of the criminal responsibility for making a false statement’.

The application can be completed and submitted in three ways:

  • in the electronic system and sign with the trusted profile
  • in the electronic system and take it to your first preference centre
  • by hand, using a paper application or application form and taking it to your first preference centre.

Attention: From 25 February to 3 March at 4.00 p.m. submit a declaration of continuing education/schooling in an establishment.

Parents of children who attend kindergarten submit a declaration of continuation of kindergarten education in the next school year.

Parents of children who are carrying out compulsory annual pre-school preparation in a pre-school division in a primary school and want their child to continue education in class I submit:

  • an application for education in class I of that school – if it is a peripheral school for the child,
  • a declaration of will to enrol in class I of that school – if the leading body has indicated a school which is not a peripheral school as the place of realisation of obligatory annual pre-school preparation.

These children do not participate in the recruitment procedure on the dates specified in the schedule.
