Family benefits are a form of state support for the birth and care of a child. Such benefits are available to all foreigners who are entitled to work in Poland or have been exempted from the obligation to hold a work permit if they reside in the territory of the Republic of Poland during the benefit period and fulfil the statutory conditions.
