Welcome to our new home at plac Hallera!
As of January 2025, the SWF Foundation together with the Foundation for Freedom, Mova Association – language without barriers, Code Your Path, Mudita Association
took over the residence in the Multicultural Center in Warsaw. As a result, all of our activities and support offerings are available at our new location at 54 Jagiellonska Street in Praga Północ.
Both support groups and caseworkers as well as specialized consultations take place right here in the Multicultural Center in Warsaw. Read more about PFM’s support HERE.
Exceptions include individual psychological consultations and support groups for parents, which take place at 5/14 Szpitalna Street.
The Multicultural Center is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and on Saturdays, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
