To indicate the organization of your choice, enter the number of entry in the National Court Register (KRS) of the PFM Foundation in the appropriate section of the PIT:

KRS: 0000272075 (Polish Migration Forum Foundation).

*You can give your consent for the Tax Office to transfer your personal data (name, surname and address) to a public benefit organization (Article 45c paragraph 5 of the Law on Pdof) in the PIT form by checking the appropriate box.

*If you have already filed your PIT, but have not selected any organization, you can also do so when filing a correction.
