Beginning on January 25th, certificate on temporary protection can be obtained solely based on a written application followed with the submission of the required documents. This relates to foreigners who are not Ukrainian citizens who arrived from Ukraine to Poland after February 24th and who meet the requirements set out in the EU Council’s Implementing Decision.
The declarations for issuing the certificate may be filed (the template for the declaration can be downloaded below):
- by mail to: Urząd do Spraw Cudzoziemców (Office for Foreigners), Taborowa 33, 02-699 Warsaw, Poland,
- by e-mail to: ochronaczasowa@udsc.gov.pl,
- electronically through ePUAP,
- personally in the Office’s registry office at Taborowa 33 in Warsaw.
