From our leaflets and brochures, you will learn what your rights and obligations are when living in Poland, how the procedures for legalising your stay work and where you can turn for help. They are available on paper or online, in various languages. Learn important information about life in Poland from proven sources!
PFM runs city games and workshops on the subjects of intercultural education and migration in schools and pre-schools. We sensitize children to the situation and experiences of their peers who immigrated to Poland. Check if recruitment for projects is in progress or order a customised workshop.
At PFM, you will receive individual consultations and support from experts who can help you understand Polish law, find a job in Poland or set up a business. Sign up for a meeting with a lawyer, a vocational counselor, a psychologist, a specialist for establishing and developing a company or an integration advisor.
We train teachers and help psychologists, pedagogues and teachers to network. Our fields of expertise include working with culturally and linguistically diverse classes and creating a support system for a student with a migration background. The coaching team consists of intercultural psychologists specialized in working with children and adolescents.
PFM supports migrants who are oncologically ill and migrants with disabilities. You can get information on how to apply for benefits and treatment as well as psychological and psycho-oncological support by checking the Events tab.
We support moms! We run intercultural childbirth schools, organise weekly meetings for young migrant moms, offer psychological support for children and work with multilingual and multicultural families. We understand that it is difficult being a mom far away from the country you come from - we can help!
