Are you looking for a job in Poland and not sure where to start? During this course, you will gain the practical knowledge and skills needed to search for a job effectively. You will learn how to identify your strengths, write a strong CV, build your professional image, and improve your performance in job interviews. You will also become familiar with the principles of working in Poland and learn how to cope with change and stress. Throughout the course, you will work on your own action plan and create a job-search strategy tailored to your individual needs and abilities. Classes are held in small groups, providing space to ask questions, share experiences, and receive individual support.

Course objective: to equip participants with the tools and knowledge necessary to navigate the Polish labour market independently and effectively.

Facilitator:
Aleksandra Ośko – career advisor, trainer and coach specialising in intercultural issues, author and organiser of numerous projects in the field of professional development, integration and cultural adaptation for people with a migration background, as well as training courses and workshops designed to strengthen intercultural skills. For 15 years, she has been supporting migrants arriving in Poland and those working in an intercultural environment. On a daily basis, she works with the Polish Migration Forum Foundation as a career counsellor and coordinator of projects related to labour market activation and the development of entrepreneurship. She is a graduate of the School of Trainers / GT Mentor, Training for Intercultural Trainers, the School of Coaching, and the School of Team and Group Coaching / NOVO Academy, as well as numerous training programmes and courses in career guidance.
