Are you a young person with migration experience? Are you facing various difficulties, stress, and challenges in your relationships with others?

Do you want to feel more confident and safer – simply with yourself, right here where you are?

Join our interpersonal and developmental group: Bubble with no trouble

The interpersonal and developmental group is intended for people who want to:

  • develop the ability to build close and safe relationships
  • share experiences and learn about the perspectives of others
  • discover strategies for coping with difficult emotions
  • strengthen their resilience in stressful situations
  • develop self-awareness and self-regulation skills
  • boost their confidence and positive self-esteem.

During the sessions, we are going to use various group work techniques, including elements of body work, art therapy, and mindfulness.

The group also has a preventive effect in counteracting domestic violence and can serve as a safe space for those who have experienced difficult relationships or violence.

We invite young people 15-17 years old

Group size: 6-12

The meetings are going to be held in English

We meet on Mondays 17.00 – 19.00
