Workshops for people at the beginning of their professional journey in Poland.
During the workshop you will:
- understand how culture affects people’s behavior, especially in the workplace,
- learn about your own cultural conditions,
- learn how to get along with Poles in the workplace,
- learn what norms and patterns people follow in the workplace,
- learn how to build relationships at work,
- discover what misunderstandings at work can arise from and how to deal with them.

The workshop is conducted by:
Aleksandra Ośko – coach, intercultural trainer, career counselor, who for 14 years has been working with newcomers to Poland and supporting them in the adaptation process
