Start a fundraiser
Initiate your own fundraisers on platforms such as Benevity and zrzutka.pl to support our activities.
Benevity:
Benevity is a platform that allows employees of companies partnering with it to donate to charitable causes.
- Register or log in to the Benevity platform.
- Search for “Polish Migration Forum.”
- Initiate the fundraiser by following the instructions on the platform.
- Personalize your fundraiser by adding a goal, description, and duration.
- Promote your fundraiser using available communication tools in your company (slack, email) and social media.
Patronized fundraiser on zrzutka.pl:
- Register or log in to zrzutka.pl.
- Start creating a collection. Choose the “Start a collection” option and then the sponsored collection option to raise funds for the selected organization.
- Choose a sponsoring organization. Search for the Polish Migration Forum using the available search tools.
- Fill in the details of the fundraiser. Specify the fundraising goal, the amount you want to raise, and the duration of the fundraiser. Add a description explaining why supporting the Polish

How will my donation be used?
Your donation will be allocated exclusively to activities aligned with the statutory objectives of the Polish Migration Forum Foundation. (link to the foundation’s statute)
The funds provided will assist us in implementing a wide range of activities, including:
- Education: Employment and training of intercultural assistants and conducting training for individuals working with migrant children. PFM also engages in psychoeducation and multicultural education for children.
- Psychological support: Providing psychological assistance to children and adults with migration experience.
- Informational and legal support: Providing legal support, counseling, and operating a hotline for migrants.
- Support for women: Special support for women, especially during the perinatal period.
- Direct support: Assisting migrants in the most difficult situations through caseworking.
- Integration activities: Conducting local initiatives aimed at social integration.
- Advocacy: Advocacy for migrant rights and improving their situation.

If you would like to receive confirmation of your donation, please inform the Foundation by email [info@forummigracyjne.org] after making the donation. We will send a scan of the confirmation letter acknowledging receipt of the donation.
What tax exemptions apply to donations made to the Polish Migration Forum Foundation?
The Polish Migration Forum Foundation has the status of a public benefit organization. According to the law, it is possible to deduct from income the value of donations made to the Foundation, in accordance with art. 26 sec. 1 point 9 of the Personal Income Tax Act. An individual can deduct from income the amount of the donation up to 6% of the income before taxation. A legal entity can deduct from income the amount of the donation up to 10% of the income before taxation, according to art. 18 sec. 1 point 1 and 7 of the Corporate Income Tax Act. To be able to take advantage of the tax deduction, you should keep the transfer confirmation for a period of 5 years from the date of the donation.
