In addition to the support center in Warsaw, we are implementing mobile activities in the Mazovia voivodeship.
Objectives
Vocational activation and support in setting up a business for foreigners with experience of migration in Poland; Raise the level of knowledge and professional skills of project participants; Increase the chances of social and economic integration of foreigners; Enable project participants to acquire new skills and professional qualifications.
Activities
Individual professional consultations and business coaching; Professional trainings in selected industries; Language courses related to the industry; Professional internships in companies; Organization of job fairs; Legal and formal-administrative counseling related to starting a business.
Results
Increased chances of employment and obtaining a job in a profession corresponding to the qualifications and experience of project participants; Development of interpersonal and professional skills of participants; Improved living conditions and social and economic integration of project participants; Increased number of new companies established by foreigners.
