Grants of up to 80,000 zlotys for activities for the inclusion and intergenerational integration of people from Ukraine On September 19, 2022, the call for applications for the grant program “New relations – activities for the inclusion and intergenerational integration of people from Ukraine with refugee experience” was launched. Subsidies in the amount of 40 to 80 thousand. PLN will be given to selected initiatives led by non-governmental organizations and local government cultural institutions.
The aim of the program is to support projects for social inclusion and adaptation of refugees and war refugees from Ukraine in Poland, with particular emphasis on people aged 50+, including people with disabilities. Activities that prevent discrimination, promote multiculturalism and are based on respect for autonomy and tolerance will be supported.
They are looking for non-governmental organizations and local government cultural institutions that have experience in activating or integrating people aged 50+, implemented intergenerational activities or organized initiatives for the integration of migrants and / or refugees.
Direct recipients of the activities carried out in the program should also include other groups, e.g. older Poles, members of the local community of all ages, migrants from other countries, as well as Ukrainians who lived in Poland before the current crisis. The project implementation period may last up to 8 months, and project activities should start later than October 28, 2022.
The call for applications will be open until October 9, 2022. The recruitment results will be announced on October 18.
