Moderator: Anna Huminiak
Webinar on the Clickmeetnig platform, registration via the link: https://tinyurl.com/4zyd635p
The webinar will be devoted to the dynamics and processes taking place in the classroom joined by Ukrainian children. We would like the processes that take place in the group to be supportive of all people and make students feel good in the classroom. What to do, however, when exclusionary processes arise and negative behavior towards one person or a smaller group increases.
We will deal with situations where – as in the life of any class – things are not perfect.
We will consider:
- What is the importance of the origin of people from Ukraine for functioning in a group?
- What forms of aggression is physical aggression?
- Why is verbal and psychological aggression difficult to diagnose?
- What is the mechanism of exclusion and what are the most common reasons for acting against another person?
registration for the remaining parts of the series “School of Diversity – a series of trainings for people working with children with experience of migration.”
People who will take part in 3 or more webinars will receive a certificate of completion of the cycle.
