Workshops for parents in Ukrainian or Russian At the Polish Migration Forum Foundation, the first Russian / Ukrainian-language workshop group is being launched, addressed to parents who want to improve their parenting skills.
We especially invite people who experience difficulties in coping with upbringing challenges on a daily basis and are concerned about whether their parenting skills are sufficient to care for their child’s development with love and care.

The workshops will be conducted in Russian or Ukrainian – depending on the needs of the group. We will meet in a small group at Szpitalna 5 in Warsaw.
We invite you to participate in the full cycle of classes. It is not possible to participate in individual workshops.

The workshop will be conducted by Iana Lisna-Nozykowska
psychologist, psychotherapist, crisis intervener, specialist in Solution Focused Therapy. NVC expert (Non-Violent Agreement). She dealt with work with children from families with alcohol problems, counteracting domestic violence, improving parenting skills, especially those related to aggressive behavior in children and closeness parenting. She was a consultant, incl. The Helpline and the Blue Line. He constantly consults people involved in violence and other people in a crisis situation. He conducts workshops for social workers, policemen, members of interdisciplinary teams, teachers and health care workers in the field of counteracting domestic violence. As part of private practice, he conducts individual psychotherapy in an integrative approach, working under constant supervision.
