We invite you to take part in a webinar entitled “How to start a business in Poland?”.

The webinar will provide a comprehensive review of popular legal forms of doing business in Poland. 

We’ll be talking about:

– legal differences between a sole proprietorship and a limited liability company,

– other legal forms (personal and capital),

– conditions which foreigners have to meet to register a company in Poland,

– registration of sole proprietorship (analysis of the application form and required documents),

– establishment of a limited liability company (sp. z o.o.) in the S24 system and at a notarial office,

– the characteristics, types and procedure for obtaining electronic signatures used for registration and running a company.
